Vanilla cake
kiiitchen:
Simple and nice! Beat 125g of butter with 180g of vanilla sugar and 20g of sugar. Add 4 eggs and keep beating well. Add 300g of self rising flour, alternating with 180ml of milk. Add the zest of 1 orange and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour into a cake pan and take to the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve!
